Studio build-out and new chapter.

Well, I took the space I was looking at. 805 sqft of industrial space in Pacoima CA. Not the best neighborhood, but the most I can afford, especially since it's paid for by patron's money. I'm setting up housekeeping and shop here for a while, and trying to figure out the next phase of my life, whether it's a restructuring of the past phase or something totally new.
In any event, I have a studio now, and the landlord is really chill. It's not quite the no-rules and just-don't-get-caught lifestyle of The Brewery downtown, but since I can't afford that, it's moot. At least I can cut, weld, saw, grind, hammer, cast, test, etc. to my hearts content at all hours of the day or night. More soon.
