Currently Michael is a founder of ElectronWave, a small, top-notch software design firm. ElectronWave's technology is used to easily encapsulate rich media content (be it advertisements, casual games, videos, estores) in a manner highly optimized for rapid viral distribution through existing social media channels.

Electron Wave's first consumer facing website is SharedElectron, which is designed to empower "Collaborative Communities of Accomplishment" for the DIY demographic.

Michael's specialties: Development and deployment of online computer services. Market Development & Leadership in next-gen online product/service operations, Business Development, Strategic Technology Planning / CTO, etc.

History: An executive in the online industry, Michael has been making web products, online worlds, video games and simulations professionally since 1989. By helping pioneer the practical analysis of online populations in the 1990s - identifying the effects of social networks, communities and other emergent phenomena, he raised awareness of the crucial role end-users play in the business ecology of online entertainment.

He was also a co-founder of the Hollywood Interactive Group - a brand-centric casual game, news and commerce site, and was a Vice President at Emergent, a leading game-industry technology & service provider.

Michael has also been privileged to hold positions such as Director of Operations and Executive Producer at Ubisoft's online division, where he built the online operations team and infrastructure for ubi.com (Shadowbane, Uru: The Ages Beyond Myst). Prior to that he was the Vice President of Technology for Turbine Entertainment (Asherons' Call), Director of Development for Hasbro/Microprose and Director of Engineering for both Disney Online and Three-Sixty Pacific.
